Oh the renowned Naked 3 palette. Where do I even begin? I know that I'm very very late to the game with this blog post, I bought the palette as a birthday treat to myself back in March and have been meaning to write about it ever since because boy do I love it but just haven't felt like it. So without further ado, shall we take a look? 

Let's start at the beginning. Packaging. Very pretty. I feel like the packaging gives you a tiny little taster of what you are going to find when you open it up. It's got the classy rose gold colours and sleek finish, I like the weight and size of it and I love the big old mirror in the lid because it's about as big as they could have made it and you know how some mirrors just make you look better? That. 

This is the first Urban Decay palette I have owned and I really struggled to decide which one to buy but in the end it was the beautiful rose gold shades that sold the 3 to me. The sales assistant was really lovely and chatty and totally knew her stuff, she told me that the designer of the palette was inspired by the colours of rosy sunsets. 

Three of my favourite shades, Burnout, Trick and Liar are swatched on my hand here although it's not the clearest image. Burnout is pretty much my go to shade, it is so usable and has a really nice shimmer. Trick just shouts rose gold to me, I love how golden and yet subtle it is- so pretty! I tend to use Liar in the crease of my eye for a little depth and it is a lovely neutral shade. 

The last thing I want to briefly mention is the brush that comes with the palette. Yes it is a full on brush. It is such a good idea and I do not understand why this is not a common thing. The brush is genuinely of good quality and I love the fluffy end a lot, I use it every time I do my eye shadow.
